- Monoblock Machined Body: Instead of casting, our anchor swivels are machined from high-strength monoblock 316L stainless steel billets on CNC machines. This production technique completely eliminates the risk of breakage caused by casting voids.
- Smooth Rotation: The special bearing design used in the internal mechanism ensures 360-degree rotation without locking, even when under thousands of kilos of tension. This prevents strain on the windlass motor.
- Articulated Anchor Swivel Integration: Our dual-axis swivel designs (swivel connector), which rotate on their axis and articulate while entering the bow roller, definitively prevent the anchor from entering the gypsy or bow roller incorrectly.
The pin spacings are custom designed in accordance with EN/ISO standards of the chain you will use (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and above). The extra-secure lock nut systems used in pin connections eliminate the possibility of loosening due to underwater vibration.
